Terms & Conditions

  1. Order Confirmation The order will be reviewed upon receipt for accuracy and completeness. Once confirmed by the customer, the order is considered final. Any modifications are subject to review, acceptance, and may incur additional charges.

  2. Design and Specifications The customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications, dimensions, media, and any other details required for the order. Once confirmed, no changes will be accepted unless agreed upon in writing by both parties. Once a job is in production, any errors in the provided specifications are the responsibility of the customer, and no further changes can be made. Any incomplete or incorrect details may lead to delays or additional costs. The seller is not liable for any delays caused by change orders, incomplete, or incorrect information.

  3. Lead Time and Production Schedule Production timelines will be communicated to the customer upon order confirmation. Most jobs can be completed in three working days. While the seller will strive to meet the stated production schedule, lead times may be subject to material availability, equipment maintenance, labour constraints, production capacity, or other unforeseen factors. Delivery time frames are estimates, and the seller will not be responsible for delays caused by factors outside its control.

  4. Pricing and Cost Adjustments The prices specified in the approved quote and sales order are based on the customer’s requirements and agreed-upon terms. Any adjustments to production materials, specifications, or quantity changes requested by the customer after confirmation may result in revised pricing.

  5. A small order surcharge applies to any online orders under $80. An urgency fee of 10 to 30 percent of original order amount may apply to 24 hours dispatch.

  6. Payment Terms If an order is over $5000 (excl. GST), an upfront deposit of 30% may be required to begin the production, with the balance due upon completion or according to a previously agreed payment term. Failure to make timely payments may delay production and delivery.

  7. Cancellation Policy Sales orders, once confirmed and in production, cannot be cancelled.

  8. Shipping and Handling The seller users third party couriers; therefore, the seller cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues that may arise during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. Proof of delivery can be provided as soon as it becomes available upon request. If transported by the customer’s courier or agent, risk of loss and damages will transfer to the customer upon dispatch from the seller’s facility.

  9. Risk and Title Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Title to the goods remains with the seller until payment is received in full. The seller reserves the right to repossess goods in the event of non-payment and may do so without liability to the customer, subject to compliance with applicable Australian laws.

  10. Quality and Warranty Goods are supplied with standard warranties as provided by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The seller guarantees that the custom product will meet the confirmed specifications. In case of any defect or deviation from specifications due to the seller’s error or negligence, the customer should notify the seller within 7 days upon receipt. The seller’s liability for any breach is limited to repair or replacement of the defective products, at the seller’s discretion. The customer needs to contact its account manager to lodge the warranty claim and include any details or photos for the seller to investigate the issue. The seller will get back to the customer in 48 hours. Warranty claims are subject to assessment and approval.

  11. Approval of Samples or Prototypes If required and applicable, samples or prototypes will be provided for customer approval before final production. Once approved, no changes to the specifications are allowed. Additional changes requested after approval may incur extra costs and affect the delivery timeline.
